How 2 Buy


There are 2 methods to order :-

a) Thru Shopping Cart

1. Browse through our many collections in each section displayed in our website.
2. Check with our customer service to check on the availability of the item/product.
3. Click to the product to view details.
4. After you have determine the quantity, size, colours and product details proceed to click ‘Add to basket’
5. The order-basket page will appear, with detail of type of blouse, quantity, unit cost and total cost.
6. If you wish to order another, repeat step 1-4.
7. After you have finished selecting all the items, click next.
8. The order-delivery page will appear requesting customers to provide full name, address, telephone number, email,etc 9. Proceed to click button ‘Send’.
10. Your order will be processed and the products will be sent to you once payment has been made and we confirmed received the payment.
11. Email us at order@elissabutik.com or elissaboutique@gmail.com on the details of payment transferred to our account.
12. Your orders will be cancelled if we do not receive payment within 2 days form the date of your order.
