Shipping

At Elissabutik, we utilized pos laju/pos express services. We will take every effort to send all orders within 24 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday or according to the availability of the item. Please ensure that the address is valid and correct as to avoid any interruptions in the delivery.

The shipping rate is based on the tariff for poslaju/express delivery by Pos Malaysia. Customers can check the rate at www.pos.com.my.

We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order unless the item is out of stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it takes approximately 2-3 working days for delivery.

Currently, we only ship to West Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. However, if thare are request to ship internationally, please email us at order@elissabutik to check for the postage rate. The postage rate published in the website is only applicable for orders in East Malaysia Only. For orders at Sabah and Sarawak, please add RM5 to the publish rate.

If you received damaged item or we have wrongly shipped the wrong item, please return back to us. However, the postage fee will be borne by the customers.
